Certified 1993, Elizabeth has an eclectic approach, integrating Eastern and Western traditions into a customized
session. A practicing Buddhist working from the heart chakra, there is deep relaxation in all her treatments, even when doing
deeper work. Her trainings include deep tissue and Swedish massage, trigger point and
cranio-sacral therapy, reflexology, qi gong, myofascial release,
structural integration, pre- and post-natal massage, and chair massage.
